Statement of Peer Review Policies
▪ The editorial board is represented by scientists, namely: experts in these fields who know what the thematic focus of the Journal is.
▪ Scientists who are among our members of the Editorial Board must be highly qualified specialists in their field, namely:
▪ must have more than 10 years of scientific experience in scientific institutions;
▪ have publications (articles) on the subject of the Journal;
▪ must have at least three publications indexed in the Web of Science Core Collection or Scopus databases.
Duties of the Еditor-in-chief
The editor-in-chief is a person who is a professional in the scientific direction of the Journal. Its key task is to determine which of the submitted articles should be published in the Journal. This status implies supervision of compliance by authors and other participants in the editorial process of the Journal of COPE standards and appropriate response in case of their violation. In addition, the duties of the editor-in-chief also include:
▪ participation in the preliminary evaluation of articles and its transfer to other stages of the editorial process;
▪ provision of the Journal's content with articles of the highest quality while maintaining the confidentiality of the review process;
▪ analysis of published works to determine the Journal's development strategy;
▪ representation of the Journal at any level in order to improve the ego image;
▪ communication and consultation of authors and other participants in the editorial process of the Journal according to COPE standards, as well as solving issues related to violations of these standards;
▪ ensuring that reviewers provide constructive and ethical reviews and bring them to the attention of the author;
▪ formation of the editorial board.
