The East European Center for Fundamentalist Researchers (EECFR, Prague, Czech Republic) organizes, in cooperation with scientific research institutes and universities within the EU and Ukraine, international congresses, scientific meetings, online conferences and educational programs for the purpose of improving qualifications and international cooperation.

NOVEMBER 2026
International program of Clinical Pharmacology, Clinical Pharmacy and Military Medicine in Conditions of Military Conflicts
International qualification improvement program is dedicated to the current challenges of clinical pharmacology, clinical pharmacy and military medicine in conditions of military conflicts, emergencies and post-war reconstruction of the healthcare system. The event will become an international platform for discussing innovative approaches to pharmacotherapy, military pharmacy, home care, pharmacovigilance, medical logistics, pharmacist training and interdisciplinary interaction.
The Eastern European Center of Fundamental Researchers (EECFR, Prague, Czech Republic) invites to participate in the scientific program of the Update Qualification and Collaborate on Research "Current Issues in Military Pharmacy and Clinical Pharmacology: Innovations, Readiness and Healthcare Resilience in Times of War".
EECFR is implementing this initiative within the framework of three universities in the Czech Republic (Private Medical Charles University, the Mendel University in Brno and Technical University in Ostrava) from the 10th to the 24th of November 2026 in offline format and then till the 8th of December 2026 in online format.

Military Pharmacology and Combat Casualty Care:
• pharmacological support of combat operations;
• military toxicology;
• treatment of combat trauma;
• anti-shock therapy;

• mass lesions.
Clinical Pharmacology in Emergency Medicine
• modern pharmacotherapy of critical conditions;
• intensive care;
• polytrauma;
• sepsis;
• military anesthesiology.
Clinical Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Care
• clinical pharmacy;
• pharmaceutical care;
• personalized medicine;
• pharmacogenetics;
• optimization of pharmacotherapy.
Military-Oriented Education of Pharmacists
• competency-based approach;
• simulation training;
• home health care;
• preparation of pharmacists for work in war conditions;
• digital educational technologies.
Pharmaceutical Logistics During Armed Conflicts
• logistics of medicines;

Pharmacovigilance During Humanitarian Crises

Total 180 hours/6 credits. As part of the advanced training program, all participants prepare and present their abstracts and upon completion of the program receive certificates of international advanced training by December 10, 2026.

to take part in the online advanced training program:
"CREATIVE TECHNOLOGIES, INNOVATIVE APPROACH, MANAGEMENT OF ORGANIZATIONS:
INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION AND MOBILITY IN THE SOCIO-CULTURAL SPHERE"
Duration of the internship: January 12 - 31, 2026.
Venue: Ostrava, Brno, Prague, Zlin (Czech Republic); Krakow (Republic of Poland), Vienna (Austria) and Miskolc-Tapolce (Hungary).
The main goal of the advanced training: increasing the level of competence, practical skills and qualifications by adopting the latest European experience of higher education institutions.
Additional goals of the internship:
– to familiarize participants with the features of the creation, functioning and financing of institutions of the socio-cultural sphere;
– to acquire the skills necessary for building consortia, finding partners as one of the components of implementing a project approach in organizing the work of higher education institutions.
For whom?
– heads of higher education institutions, heads of departments, doctors of sciences, associate professors, teachers;
– employees of international departments at higher education institutions;
– postgraduate students, doctoral candidates;
– teams of project offices of higher education institutions;
– students of higher education institutions;
– other interested persons.
Solid results of the internship or what will you receive at the end?
– a certificate of completion of a foreign internship at three universities (180 hours) signed by the Eastern European Center for Fundamental Research, (Prague, Czech Republic).
– a certificate of completion of a seminar-workshop signed by the Innovation Park – “Nemoros” (Prague, Czech Republic).
– the opportunity to expand contacts and sign a Partnership Agreement with European higher education institutions for the implementation of joint international projects, etc.
Soft results for personal development:
– the opportunity to visit scientific educational institutions of various European higher education institutions and the contact point of one of the European financial instruments;
– communication with practitioners in the socio-cultural sphere and useful advice;
– a component of non-formal education – an integration component of communication with Czech teachers and the team of the Center for Fundamental Research in the networking format.
Areas: cultural studies; art history; economics, management; public administration; law, philosophy, sociology, history; philology and linguistics; pedagogy and psychology.
The advanced training program provides the opportunity to visit European universities, get acquainted with their activities, main areas of training and teaching methods, communicate with fellow teachers, participate in meetings and seminars, as well as get acquainted with the main educational, cultural and scientific areas of work of universities in the Czech Republic. Educational excursions are provided in the cities of Krakow, Prague, Ostrava, Brno. All participants of the Program are issued an international Certificate. Also, if desired, participants of the Program have the right to submit an article to the Czech international periodical “Modern Science – Moderní věda” with a 50% discount.
